A Personal Note from Mark Griffiths

Dear Small Business Owner,

You hear the promises all the time.

"Buy this course and earn five figures a month in 30 days without having to leave the house and all other nonsense."

It seems everyone else is making money easy? doesn't it?

And so doubts start creeping in:

  • Can I create and sustain long-term success?

  • Can I make a living and have the life I dream about or am I stuck with what I have?

  • Why would people pay that amount for me?

  • I have no choice..there are 30 cheaper competitors all around me so I have to price where I do?

  • Am I building something of value?

I’ve had to tackle these thoughts and fears across my life and career.

The lowest point was ending up on the street with little to NO MONEY.

Getting a roof over my head seemed like a pipe dream let alone building a successful business and living the life I have now...

I was making common mistakes that were keeping me stuck:

  • I was Billing by what I thought the product or service was worth to me.

  • I was self discounting myself. Limiting my ceiling based on where I was now.

I had to change what I was doing if I wanted to change my life.

It began by accident.

I pitched a job and as usual gave a low price for the entire project. The client agreed with my price but thought it was per participant.

For the first time in my life I earned more than £1,000 in an hour.

Soon I earned £27,000 in one month which was mind blowing considering my highest annual salary in my life up to that point was £30,000 per year.

And it struck me..

These ceilings and limits I set myself were in my head.

I had been projecting what was value to my prospects based on my own personal experience and prejudices.

And I was sabotaging myself and my future in the process.

And Things Changed Quickly After That..

I stopped operating on emotional auto pilot and combined self assessment with logic to grow my outlook and confidence in pricing the value of what I was providing.

My rates went up.

My client satisfaction wen up.

And my bank balance went up.

Soon I was not only buying and living in a large house, but purchasing investor properties too.

I knew then what I learned could not just stay with me.

So I reached out to many who needed help but couldn't afford it. I even got other organisations to pay for my clients' training, investments, and growth needs as part of their CSR efforts.

I helped owners to improve their mindset, circumstances and start and grow their own businesses.

Business owners reached out to me and I helped them "grow into the role" of offering both a high quality impact service and being paid for it.

And that is what brought me to this workshop with George.
